Single-scan barcode

Our single-scan barcode feature helps maximise efficiency across your entire retail operation. Gift Aid declarations

Scanned Gift Aid Declarations (GAD) help you get rid of the unnecessary paperwork. Save your time looking for declarations by linking old, paper-based GAD forms against a donor’s record on the system.

 

The quick reporting tool also makes it easy to identify donors you don’t have a GAD for and promptly rectify this to ensure no missed revenue. Once it’s been accepted during the scanned GADs process, a message is sent to the shop that originally scanned the form, asking them to destroy the paper-based copy, keeping information secure and avoiding any confusion.

QBuster

Our innovative and secure QBuster app helps you offer a unique shopping and donating experience. Replacing standard donor forms, QBuster lets you register donor signatures, generate reports, and provide bag-drop processing functionality anywhere in-store or on the move.

 

The digital donor form includes the Gift Aid declaration and Agency Agreement, meaning you don’t miss out on any Gift Aid opportunities. The forms are customisable, able to feature your charity’s branding, and if you need a hard copy, you can print them in-store or at head office.

 

Finally, we’ve included our HMRC-recognised Gift Aid on Rags functionality within the app to allow you to capture rag donations at all times, regardless of till or back office availability.

Web reporting

Our web reporting feature allows your staff to monitor store performance 24/7 from anywhere with a web browser. Featuring a wide variety of reporting capabilities and customisable dashboard widgets, individual users can choose to see the information that is most relevant to their role, including weekly, monthly, and yearly comparisons.

You can also use ChariotWeb reports in your presentations and hard-copy reports by easily downloading in multiple formats, including PDF.

OpenCart

Our OpenCart integration serves as an extension of your charity’s digital presence. A simple “shop here” button will transport site visitors to an OpenCart ecommerce page that mirrors the branding of your very own website.

 

We can help you change the colour palette, banner, and overall design of your page to ensure you provide one seamless experience for users. This integration also allows you to effortlessly monitor sales in real time and compare online and in-store sales across multiple sites. That means less legwork for you and a more complete overview of your efforts. It will also update stock availability so that stock levels are accurate and up to date.

Round-up function

ChariotWeb’s round-up function helps you boost the amount of revenue coming through your tills and maximise income with a simple, straightforward process. Secure extra cash donations by giving customers the opportunity to round up their sales using three predefined options. For example, you might set the options to round up to the nearest 25p, 50p, or £1. There’s also an option for a fixed round-up amount if you’re running an appeal of some sort.

 

Any of these additional sales are treated as a cash donation and you’ll have the option to capture Gift Aid, further increasing your income and maximising profitability of each and every transaction.

Thank you letters

It’s never been easier to add a personal touch to your marketing and communications. You can effortlessly send thank you letters to your donors following new sign-ups, bag drops, or cash donations.

 

They are fully customisable, so you can keep your brand messaging consistent and include details on what their donated items raised and how much money was claimed as Gift Aid. You can show your customers the power of their support, forge long-term relationships, and encourage repeat donations.
