We’re very excited to have won ‘Supplier of the Year’ (Category B) at the Charity Retail Association annual awards lunch for the third time!

The CRA annual awards lunch was held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Birmingham where there was a line-up of fantastic speakers, as well as a two-course sit down lunch, followed by the awards ceremony. The occasion was a great chance to celebrate the successes, of all of those in the trusted and valued charity retail sector. Dave and Marc also had a great time catching up with our customers and new faces at the awards.

At Nisyst, we always place our customers’ needs and service at the fore. Since the launch of our first charity EPoS solution, CHARiot, in 2006, we have continuously listened to customers and invested to generate our latest market-leading iteration – CHARiotWeb.

You might have seen, that we have also recently expanded our team, to add key resource across support, development, and training teams. Further expansion is on the horizon for 2023.
