As we enter a fresh new year, our team at Nisyst is ready to hit the ground running. 2022 was a milestone for our business with a new platform to truly offer a complete SaaS model to our customers for hardware, software, support and maintenance and installation.

What can you expect from us in 2023? 

Our team is growing, and going from strength to strength; and we have some very exciting innovation plans in place for our CHARiotWeb EPoS solution. Always driven with our charity customers’ needs in mind, we look forward to sharing how CHARiotWeb is continuing to offer more. We’ll keep you updated throughout the year.

Team growth at Nisyst

Recent team expansions for us include longstanding team member, Kalpesh Taratiya, who has been promoted to head up the Project and Training team. With 18 years under his belt with Nisyst, Kalpesh has renowned support manager experience, which he will bring forward into his new role. Kalpesh’s knowledge will continue to add great value to Nisyst, as our business moves to our latest EPoS charity solution – CHARiotWeb.

Marc Wilkinson has recently joined Nisyst as a Business Development Manager. Marc has over three decades of experience in the business solutions sector, with 24 years specifically in the EPoS industry.

Victoria McAfee has also recently joined us as an Account Manager. Victoria has six years of account management experience, primarily within the public sector, managing hospitals, councils, and universities.

We have expanded our team further at the end of 2022 to add key resource across support, development, and training teams. Further expansion is on the horizon for 2023.
