Leading provider of specialist EPoS system for the charity retail sector, Nisyst, have been selected to support Age Concern SABE’s retail operations with their ChariotWeb platform.


Age Concern Slough & Berkshire East (SABE) is a local charity dedicated to supporting older people across the region by providing essential services, advice and support.

With a network of 12 charity shops contributing heavily to the funding of these services, Age Concern SABE required an EPoS system that could strengthen their retail operations and support future growth, as well as improve usability for both staff and volunteers.


Following a thorough selection process, Age Concern SABE appointed Nisyst to replace their previous supplier across all 12 shops.

Strong planning and communication led to minimal disruption and the project has now successfully transitioned across all 12 shops. The seamless implementation has provided Age Concern SABE with a system that enhances retail functionality, reporting capabilities and usability.
